Bruce Rauner has virtually no chance of becoming governor. And one thing I've noticed about no-shot politicians: They issue LOTS of press releases. And Rauner today issued one claiming that the ONLY thing that will boost employment rates in Illinois is the immediate defeat of Gov. Patrick Quinn.
First, the economy sucks on all 50 states. Not just in states headed by Patrick Quinn.
Second, I rather doubt that there are employers waiting by the phone, ready to open factories in Illinois, upon hearing that Patrick Quinn is no longer governor.
Now, Quinn has been a huge disappointment. Why? Because he used to be a reformer. But now he's just another suck ass Illinois politician.
