That was an interesting suggestion made to me today? People are disenfranchised by simply not having the time to vote. They might has two different part-times jobs, with different shifts on the same day, Or, they may spend two hours a day commuting on public transportation.
But try telling the 1 percenters that they have to give their minions THE DAY OFF. Good lord, the shit will fly.
What I'm afraid will happen is that banks and government offices will close and everyone else will be expected to work.
