The Peoria Police Department, Criminal Investigations Division has made two arrests in the above homicide investigation. Suspects are identified as Adam C.B. Windle M/W 06-48-90, and Jay R. Conway M/W 04-24-92. Interviews are continuing and many more interviews are forthcoming. Victim name will be released at a later time, pending notification of family.
