Yep. Eat at McDonalds from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 13, and a portion of the sales will go to "support storm relief efforts in Central Illinois."
The sheet of paper I'm looking at now doesn't say HOW MUCH of their sales will go to storm relief.
I'm not casting aspersions. But I would KINDA like to know. Is it like 5 percent, which is kinda crappy. Or is it more like 50 percent, which is generous. Or is it 90 percent or above, which is very wicked generous.
Meanwhile, churches and other organizations (but mostly churches) every single day are handing out food to people who every single day are having trouble putting enough food on the table, but then, tornadoes haven't destroyed their homes. These are people, who if they do eat out, eat at McDonalds and usually order off the Dollar Menu.
