Big surprise: Abandoned tires along Lake View Avenue

They've posted signs along Lake View Avenue (a road that runs along the southern boundary of Glen Oak Park) against the evils of dumping trash. And for the past several weeks, there has been a pile of abandoned tires about a half block from one of those same signs.
